Sessions last 1 hour and are delivered by UK qualified teachers.
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Each term allows up to two missed sessions with make-up lessons, subject to tutor availability.
If more than two sessions are missed, additional make-ups are not guaranteed, and unused make-ups expire at the end of the term.
Payments are due at the start of each term and will auto-renew at the start of each new term (a reminder will be sent 2–3 weeks before).
Tutor Me reserves the right to adjust timetables when necessary.
Student conduct: students are expected to be respectful and cooperative during lessons.

Tutor Me occasionally shares photos/videos of lessons and student achievements on its website and social media platforms.
