1. Services
We deliver online and in-person tutoring for students aged 10–18 (KS2 to KS5) in English, Maths and Science. All sessions are taught by UK-qualified subject specialists who:
hold an Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service), and
possess a valid UAE Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
Lessons may be one-to-one or in small groups.
2. Trial Sessions
Every new student is entitled to a free trial session (subject to availability) which must be booked in advance.
3. Booking & Payments
Enrolment fee: A one-off, non-refundable AED 200 enrolment fee is payable per student when you register.
All tuition sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal (details provided on invoice).
Missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full rate.
Group sessions are non-refundable once booked unless cancelled by us.
4. Cancellations, Missed Sessions & Make-Ups
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed-session allowance: Within each academic term, a student may miss up to two (2) sessions and arrange make-up lessons within the same term, subject to tutor availability.
If more than two sessions are missed in the term, additional make-ups are not guaranteed and the full fee remains payable unless the absence was genuinely unavoidable (e.g. medical emergency) and you informed us before the session.
Make-up sessions not used by the final day of the term expire and are forfeited.
